I’m an American in Italy. So, I was scared of the language barrier. However, the people spoke decent English and were very helpful. They explained the places to us and showed us a map. They were understanding and helped us understand what the offered and how the tour works. So, the workers were very nice and helpful, would for sure recommend.

I recently visited the Infopoint Tourist Station Roma at the Vatican, and I had a wonderful experience. The security check line was surprisingly fast, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was very happy to get my ticket so quickly, and the assistant who accompanied us all the way to the turnstiles was extremely kind and attentive. The staff, as always, were friendly, helpful, and professional, making everything easy for visitors. Overall, I felt very well assisted and had a great experience with this agency. I will definitely return whenever I need more information or support during my time in Rome.

Very bad experience with Touristation Vaticano We had to wait over two hours standing, with children, with almost no information or organization. An absolute mess. There must be much better options to visit the Sistine Chapel. This was by far the worst one. Definitely not recommended.

We went to the Vatican Museum. Tickets costs double the normal price. There ist no "fast lane" or "skip the lane". Even if you're early, you have to wait for an hour!!! just to go to the normal line (as seen on the photo) as the others. I can't believe it. Please save your money and your energy and use the normal webiste of the vatican museum or go in line and buy the tickets directly in the museum. It's way faster and cheaper.

Amazing service. We’re late and they just explained everything and let us get extra gifts to visit. Helietta thank you for being a princess.
